The CRM is
a data mining application that collects customer purchasing history
from any of the following applications:
- EzyWine,
- MYOB
Accounting / AccountingPlus,
- MYOB
Premier / Premier Enterprise,
- MYOB
RetailManager, or
- MYOB
RM-Multistore.
- With the push of a button, any changes in your
customer purchasing history database can be synchronised with
the CRM database.
- Based upon your campaign specifications, all
customers fitting the criteria are presented.
- The required communication method and format
is selected. These can include:
- Letter,
- Email,
- Fax,
- Labels,
- Name Tags, and
many more ...
- The content is selected and then linked to
the selected customer profiles.
- The correspondance can then be sent to the
customer(s) using the desired communication method.
