The CRM is a data mining application that collects customer purchasing history from any of the following applications:

•   EzyWine,
•   MYOB Accounting / AccountingPlus,
•   MYOB Premier / Premier Enterprise,
•   MYOB RetailManager, or
•   MYOB RM-Multistore.

1. With the push of a button, any changes in your customer purchasing history database can be synchronised with the CRM database.
2. Based upon your campaign specifications, all customers fitting the criteria are presented.
3. The required communication method and format is selected. These can include:
   •   Letter,
   •   Email,
   •   Fax,
   •   Labels,
   •   Name Tags, and many more ...
4. The content is selected and then linked to the selected customer profiles.
5. The correspondance can then be sent to the customer(s) using the desired communication method.
