customer purchasing history database can be synchronised with
the CRM database.
- Based upon your campaign specifications, all
customers fitting the criteria are presented.
- The required communication method and format
is selected. These can include:
- Name Tags, and

- The content is selected and then linked to
the selected customer profiles.
- The correspondance can then be sent to the
customer(s) using the desired communication method.
